Since the company and its employees are in a mutually beneficial relationship, let's work together to make things better for each other!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day on X (Twitter),

What do you all think?

I can't help but agree.

Companies take on the risk of providing everything related to their employees—from helping them obtain certifications to their overall work experience.

That said, the company is also benefiting from that person’s labor, so I think it’s a two-way street.

I think the cost of raising just one person to full maturity is absolutely astronomical.

Even if that person were to get into an accident, it would be the company's responsibility.

So there's no risk to that person at all.

Of course, the company is responsible for all compensation, right?

Risk

Companies and employees are in this togetherI really think that's the case.

People often say that a company is its people, don't they?

That's absolutely right—it helps the company, and it provides an environment where employees can work and grow without taking on any risks.

I hope we can work together to gradually build a better environment for each other.

And I want you to develop your own approach within the company.

That’s exactly why I wonder what it’s like to feel like you grew up all on your own.

It seems to me that young people these days are used to a situation where, even as new hires who aren’t yet very skilled, they still earn a decent salary.

That said, we won’t be able to survive unless we adapt to these changes in the times, so,

I’d like to work toward making this a company that’s even more employee-friendly!!

It's because I think, "If it's good for the employees, isn't it good for the company, too?" lol

A company where both the company and its employees benefitLet's aim for it! ^^

See you later.
