There was a graduation ceremony at a nearby middle school today.

Back then, I thought, “What on earth is that?” but now I understand.
When I see someone full of energy, it gets me excited too, and it just puts me in a happy mood.
That kind of atmosphere is really important, isn't it?

That person's worksite is just so easy to work on!
Work is progressing smoothly, and since we have a general idea of what lies ahead, things are moving along on track.
By the time I realize I want some ingredients, I already have them.
I've taken some photos, so I can use them anytime.
People like this have something in common.

I am aware of the situation on the ground.
I'm not holed up in the office.
There is a lot of communication with the craftsmen.
I get along well with everyone.
He makes quick decisions.
Everything has been arranged.
If there's something they don't understand or don't know, they'll ask.
Thinks deeply and makes accurate predictions.
We can discuss any potential concerns in advance.

Among these,One of their standout strengths is their communication skills.That's it.
This ability is exceptionally strong.
Of course, there are people who can do it even if they're not very talkative.
But, after all, what really stands out is...It's fun working on set with a director who talks a lot.That's it.
Plus, since we're always communicating, there are fewer mistakes.
A foreman who just stands there watching a worker set up a machine incorrectly at a job site.
After setting it up, the foreman went to check on it (he's a crane operator), only to find that it had been set up in the wrong spot.
The foreman scolds the young employee, but the supervisor, who was watching, doesn't get involved or say anything.

This coach's weaknesses are his ability to explain things and his ability to work well with the team.

Also, it’s easier to create a relaxed atmosphere if the director initiates the conversation with the crew—especially with a young team.
There are directors in their 60s who are still capable. They don’t act bossy at all, and they don’t give orders.
We can work together like parent and child, and there are even some directors who make me think, “Even if what they ask is impossible, I’ll do it!”
