Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Just the other day, just as I was thinking, “My back’s finally starting to feel better…,” I went and strained it again while lifting a flow meter...
I'm going to try not to carry heavy things anymore lol

It hurt so much that this time, instead of just icing it, I went to my regular chiropractic clinic.
After he checked me over in various ways, he said my poor posture was the cause of my worsening condition. Well, there are plenty of things that ring a bell, but my shoulders have also been hurting lately, and when I mentioned that, he said the pain was actually coming from my lower back...
It's really hard to maintain good posture, isn't it?
I feel like it's easier to just laze around, but I guess that's not allowed.
Apparently, when periods like mine—where I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and periods where I’m out in the field—occur randomly, it throws off the balance of physical strain... (Though it’s really just because my posture is bad to begin with.)

Since I’m going through this, I’ve decided to maintain good posture from now on—starting today, I’ll do exercises for lower back pain and be mindful of my posture in my daily life.
That said, even just maintaining good posture is a struggle, lol.
Why not buy some kind of product to help with your back pain?
If you're 40 or older, try to avoid lifting heavy objects as much as possible!
If you do carry it, hold it close to your body to avoid straining your back!
The other day, I got tripped up when I was taking a flow meter out of my car's trunk lol (since it's a sedan).
I regret not taking the HiAce.
Also, stress seems to be a cause of lower back pain, so I'll keep that in mind too...
See you later.
