I suffer from severe hay fever every year, and this time of year is a real ordeal for me.
So, I’ve been using this since it was recommended to me the other day, and it seems pretty good.
It might just be the placebo effect, but I kind of feel like I'm being protected from pollen lol.
But that's beside the point.
I recently received a notice stating that a project from two years ago is scheduled for an audit.
Construction at that site was carried out over two years; the first phase was handled by another company, and the second phase was handled by Enta.
Naturally, not only does the tone of the documents differ, but so do the approaches to managing stress.
In particular, how anchor tension is managed varies slightly depending on the approach taken by the person in charge, and
The set loss of the holding force will also change.
However, both construction companies have exercised proper oversight and have passed the government’s final inspection.
That's all well and good, but an audit is coming up in a few years.
Since the construction is spread over two phases, there’s a chance we might see it, but,
With no one from the government office at that time still on staff, and the number of people involved dwindling due to personnel transfers within the government.
And so, there’s the current person in charge who’s panicking over the audit.
People tell me all sorts of things—like to standardize the documents or get rid of this photo—but,
To be honest, I just think, “Huh? Why??”
Isn't that the government's job??
I mean, why do contractors even need to do that?? That's what I'm wondering.
Well, yeah,
I'll do it all!
You bet I will!!
As a result, we took various steps to address the situation.
Of course, that's because we're the general contractor!
There is nothing else.
Generally speaking, this kind of thing happens every few years at the prefectural and municipal levels, but,
Conversely, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has none at all.
That said, while things can be quite difficult at the time, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is managed very effectively.
Even when the person in charge has changed, I've never been called in—it's usually just a confirmation over the phone.
