Health checkups are usually in March or April every year, right!?

At our company, employees aged 40 and older undergo comprehensive health screenings.

So, I went for a comprehensive health checkup, too.

Both my recent routine checkup and comprehensive health screening had such a wonderful sense of hospitality—it was amazing.

These slippers are so fluffy, lol

It was just like a luxury hotel, lol.

Plus, you can take it home on your way back, so that's included in the price!

Since it was a weekday, the place was nearly empty, so we made quick work of it and were done in about two hours.

It was a day when I couldn't eat or drink anything, so my stomach was growling.

 

However, this comprehensive health checkup came with a meal voucher.

And this is supposed to be a comprehensive health checkup at the municipal hospital!!!

There are three lunch options, and you can get a free extra-large serving of rice lol

Overeating and Overdrinking During My Comprehensive Health Checkup!

 

I went in for a checkup and ended up with a stomachache, so I went to my afternoon appointment.

Well, since the results are in for the afternoon, I just need to hear the doctor's opinion.

Lately, it's been nice and easy because I get some results on the same day.

 

It seems they'll send the results of the MRI scan in writing at a later date.

I thought I’d posted this before, but since there was a sample at the municipal hospital, I took a picture of it.

If you love juice or sweet canned coffee, you'd better watch out!

And then there's alcohol, too.

I feel like I'm getting totally wasted lol

Just like with machines, make sure to perform proper maintenance.

It's the company's obligation to provide health checkups for its employees, you know!!
