I can’t help but wonder if, in reality, there’s ever a day when we don’t need work clothes with fans.

When I'm working on-site, the hours from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM are absolute hell.
It's not just the temperature—the reflected heat is intense, too.
Maybe it's already stopped working...
However, there are also job sites where general contractor rules strictly require work clothes with fans... (What about flexibility!??)
The key factors are “humidity” and “latent heat of vaporization.”
