Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, I went to Osaka to shoot a video with some construction-themed YouTubers!

There were five of us, including me!

 

Today, I’d like to introduce a video featuring the first of them, Director Jou!

What Makes the Construction Industry Attractive to Young People? How Can We Encourage New Young Talent to Join the Industry?

I gave a talk under that title.

 

Everyone else is a YouTuber, but I'm the only one who's a blogger lol

So I'll be introducing one each day ^^

Director Jou's agenda has really made me think.

"I wonder what I should do..."

I want more young people to join this wonderful world of construction.

 

To achieve that, we—the older guys in the slope stabilization and construction industries—need to let the younger generation take the lead in our work.

Let the young people take the lead; we older guys will work behind the scenes.

It's our job as old guys to create a work environment where young people can thrive, right? lol

 

And now it's time for the trial!
