When I get angry, I write it down! And then I erase it!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I rarely get angry, but for the first time in a long while, I was seriously pissed off!

Frustration

Even when someone I thought was a friend lets me down, I don't get that upset anymore. (Lately)

It can't be helped.

Since everyone has their own circumstances, things that can’t be helped end up being of no consequence.

When I’m pretty busy juggling all sorts of things and someone starts aggressively demanding that I handle the parts I just can’t get to, well, that’s a bit much, isn’t it?

That said, I do get annoyed for about 30 minutes, but after that, I’m back to normal, lol.

I tend to lose interest pretty quickly. (I’m good at controlling myself, lol.)

When something upsets me, the first thing I do is write it down like this!

I'm writing this so I can tell everyone why I got so mad, lol.

That way, you'll be able to recognize what exactly made you angry.

I suppose the important thing is,What exactly is it that makes you angry?

This makes it very clear.

When you do that, things that were annoying suddenly stop mattering.

It's what's commonly referred to as "self-realization."

When I write blog posts like this, I usually delete everything I wrote at first and rewrite it in a more abstract way lol

Just listing a bunch of negative comments won't be helpful to anyone, and it'll just come across as bashing, right? lol

And by erasing it, you’re overwriting it with a fresh mindset!

If you write with the mindset of overwriting what’s there, you’ll feel refreshed.

If you ever find yourself feeling angry or irritated for no reason, why not try writing it down?

It doesn't matter if it's a smartphone or a laptop.

What were you angry about, and what was getting on your nerves?

Let's write it down in broad strokes and clear our minds.

And we'll find a way to solve it.

After all, there is the other person there, and there is me.

If you leave it as is, it will definitely affect your future!

Absolutely!

We will find a solution to prevent any unintended consequences.

Generally speaking, when someone says something like this, it usually comes down to a lack of understanding on one side, or issues with writing skills, reading comprehension, or vocabulary.

So I’ll go over each point one by one. (I don’t just rely on logic—I take emotions into account, too, you know?)

A solution and countermeasures as quickly as possibleI plan to do that.

But thinking about all that, it really makes me realize once again that language skills are still an essential ability in this day and age lol (Reading books is important).

Well, I guess I’m probably just annoyed because I’m lacking in that area myself, lol.

I still have a long way to go.

I know I'm not perfect, but I hope you'll continue to support me!

See you later.
