The Era of Safety Identification on the Back of Work Clothes | Construction Fair 2017

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

It’s currently being held at Fukiage Hall in NagoyaConstruction Fair 2017I went there!

It felt a bit smaller than the previous i-construction exhibition held in Tokyo, but,

Once again, I got to see firsthand the new technology developed by a local company.

That said, there are also franchisees, so it’s nationwide, lol.

So, something surprised me this time lol

First, take a look at this.

This is our rotary percussion instrument.

Take a close look!

It features our logo.

Here's what it looks like inside.

Well, actually, it's also included in the company's work uniforms.

And on my back, no less!

It's packed like this.

Are you by any chance Mr. Enta?

Someone actually said that to me!!

"I thought, 'Could it be...?' when I saw the ladybug logo!"

This is a real surprise!

Just from the logo on the back? Wow, what an amazing person!! lol

That person isTezac Co., Ltd. That was him!

I was so happy that the vendor reached out to me!

Thank you!

I’m a little shy around new people, so I might not have been able to smile from ear to ear, but,

Please bear that in mind. lol

After that, I went to the NEXCO Central Japan booth.

Then there are caps from Kowa Industries Co., Ltd. that allow you to see inside the cap, andGround Anchor Repair Method

They were on display, and as I was looking at them, someone from NEXCO Central Japan approached me, and

NEXCO Employee:
"These work clothes are great! The reflective material makes the ladybugs glow!! Where can I buy these?"

NEXCO Employee:
"Can I take a picture? You look so cool!!"

I had my picture taken while surrounded by a few people from NEXCO Central Japan lol

NEXCO Employee:
"Is it okay if I copy this?"

I was told,Go ahead, go ahead!

NEXCO Employee:
"You don't see this very often in work clothes, do you? It's really groundbreaking!"

Entertainment:
"That's right. I haven't seen any other companies besides ours that put glowing logos on the back of their work uniforms. The fire department and police do, though."

NEXCO Employee:
"Why in the back?"

Entertainment:
"I was thinking that having a reflector on the back might help prevent accidents from behind, you know~"

Entertainment:
"Plus, it makes it easier to tell which company we're from, right? Even if we're wearing similar work uniforms, or working at night..."

NEXCO Employee
Awesome!!

A conversation between two NEXCO employees: “Let's try it at home, too!"He said that."

Who knows—maybe before long, we’ll even see workers at NEXCO Central Japan wearing uniforms with reflective material on the backs of their shirts and pants!

At that time, it was just a rip-off of Enta, lol.

That's fine! Good things are meant to be shared with everyone! If doing something like this can improve safety even just a little bit, I'll gladly share as much information as needed.

By the way, we also carry reflective yellow and reflective blue versions. We even have non-reflective ones, lol.

*Since it's pretty expensive to order this from a vendor, I'm making it myself.
It's an original.
Oh, if it's that, I'll take it on, lol.
We have commercial-grade cutting machines and commercial-grade presses lol

For some reason, I found myself thinking, “I’m really glad I went to the 2017 Construction Fair in Chubu—in a different way than I expected,” lol.

See you later.
