Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
You know what NETIS is, right?
However, I think most people just go with their gut.
So, this time we’ll be talking about Netis!

New Technology Information System (NETIS)
A system for providing new technical information... That's exactly it, lol.
Once you register, it feels like the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other agencies will keep urging you to use it more and more.
Since registered construction methods and the like are eligible for bonus points for the general contractor, they are even more likely to be used.
There are different types of NETIS.
CB-245555-A
Let's say there is a number like this.
There's a reason for all of this, and
The first CB is the prefecture.
- HK... Hokkaido
- TH... Tohoku
- KT... Kanto
- HR... Hokuriku
- CB... Chubu
- KK... Kinki
- CG... China
- SK... Shikoku
- QS... Kyushu
- OK... Okinawa
The first two digits of the following six-digit number
24 = Fiscal Year 2024
That means it was registered in fiscal year 2024.
The remaining four digits are
The order in which they were registered with the Public Works Bureau in that region
will be.
The next letter of the alphabet is
A ... Technologies for which no evaluation information is available
V... A technology that was previously evaluated by NETIS
Currently, there is no "V" rating; ratings are either "VE" or "VR."
VR... A technology to be included in ongoing research
Technologies with the Potential to Become VE
VE... Technologies not subject to ongoing review (for which the evaluation has been finalized)
AG VG... The technology that was evaluated was not updated five years later,or those for which the 10-year period has expired

Generally speaking, even design consulting firms actively adopt NETIS-listed products and construction methods.
Because of that, there are construction methods that we ordinary subcontractors just can’t handle—but I guess that’s what “rights” are all about, lol.
Most of the construction methods used are ones employed by major companies, so we're way out of our league lol
That said, the actual construction work is being done by us subcontractors, though ^^
Surprisingly, even though major companies have development expertise, they often lack construction expertise, so
You could say they've managed to divide the work effectively.
There are all sorts of interesting things to discover, so please check out the NETIS website.
See you later.
