Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

These days, many women are playing active roles on construction sites.
I’ve heard that when a woman suddenly appears in a men’s-only setting, many of the men get a little flustered.
And now, several years later, how are things?
These days, it’s actually become quite common to see women working on construction sites, and there are plenty of women working as officials at government offices, too.
It’s become pretty common these days, but the other day on X (formerly Twitter), I came across a post that made me think, “Yeah, there’s bound to be someone like that.”
The post was deleted to prevent that person from being identified, but to summarize the content briefly:
"The general contractor on site asked me on LINE, and I couldn't say no. 'Let's go out to eat on my day off!' Who's going to do that?!!"It was something like that, lol

To start with, hitting on people at work is a no-no!
Please absolutely refrain from asking for personal information by taking advantage of your position at work.
I once asked some women who work in the nightlife industry, and they said they send LINE messages and emails because it’s part of their job.
Apparently, she’s not messaging him on LINE because she likes him or wants to date him. (Well, duh, lol.)
I'm doing this as part of my job. (To get people to come to the store.)
And since she's at that age, it's practically a given that she has a boyfriend.
I almost never fall for middle-aged guys who smell like middle age.
That’s something only a very small number of charming older guys have (I’m jealous lol).
I'm not gay at all! But I do get a lot of attention, though ^^
It's the exact opposite for women in the construction industry.
My job is in the construction industry (I do all kinds of work)—it’s not about entertaining the main contractor’s boss.
They provide technical services as part of their work.
I am definitely not here just to be a conversation partner for middle-aged men.
I'm not your date for the weekend!

Probably (or rather, as a matter of fact), women working on construction sites don't feel anything at all toward the middle-aged guys from the general contractor, the male supervisors, or the male tradesmen.
I'm talking about the general contractor and my coworkers who are giving me work for free, right?
Other than that, if I had to think about my feelings, I’d just think, “Man, this general contractor really can’t do their job,” or “This craftsman is really unskilled,” right? lol
To put it more bluntly, we middle-aged guys must be thinking some pretty gross stuff—like “sweat is gross” or “body odor, ugh”—that’s really embarrassing to put into words!!
Girls have way more twisted ideas, lol.
On the other hand, it’s only natural that competent general contractors and skilled tradespeople look cool!
If guys think, "That guy's so cool," girls feel the same way!
If you want to be popular on the job, you'll have to learn how to do your job well—otherwise, you won't have a chance.
Especially for people like us on the technical side.
It simply wouldn't be possible without mutual respect for each other's work.

I mean, more than anything else, the job at hand is what really matters, right?
Let's all work together—men and women alike—to build a new future.
And if you both like each other, why not just sneak around behind everyone's back?
I'll say it one last time.
Don't ask about the women on the job site's LINE!
If you have a work email address, that'll do.
If you know my cell phone number, a text message is fine.
To me, you're just a coworker.
We provide technology.
And women working in the field need to be firm in saying no.
Take Firm Action Against Sexual Harassment and Workplace Bullying
Let's go over that again to make sure we've got it down, and let's both do a great job ^^
That said, from a guy’s perspective, there are some women on set who are really rude, so guys should be careful too, lol.
Well, in reality, there are good and bad people among both men and women, so it’s a toss-up, but I’d like to strike a good balance.
See you later.
