Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I'm so damn busy, it's crazy...
I'd really like someone to come cheer me on...!!
But that's beside the point.
The other day, our company held the Level 2 Technical Intern Training Program exam.

It's super hard!
Scaffolding assembly and classroom tests, too!
If the exam were administered under normal conditions, even Japanese people would fail it.
And seriously, is it really okay to still be making this with a Rajet?
That's what I think, lol
Isn't it about time we used Impact?
Is it really worth spending a whole hour and a half on this??
And it's way too hard!
I can't believe they'd even think of sending technical interns to a level that's difficult even for Japanese people...
I guess that’s why they can conduct tests like this—precisely because they don’t know what it’s like on the ground.
I don't know how the results will turn out, but I'd be happy if I could at least pass the practical exam...
Since this Technical Intern Training Program is also being phased out, I’m not sure what will happen going forward, but I hope the system becomes more flexible.
See you later
