I wrote about Cantab the other day, but here’s a bit more about it for beginners lol
Well, I think most veterans already know this.
It's the kind of thing that would make a veteran nod in agreement.
There are occasionally people who measure their Cantab and check the Cantab values when organizing their documents.
Actually, this isn't ideal; it's important to check the status as soon as the marker above appears.
The reason is that if left unattended, the amount may increase beyond the initial level or disappear altogether.
Some people ask, “Isn’t that just salt?”
However, generally speaking, it ends when the marker at the top turns blue,
Thoroughly squeeze out the sample that has been drawn up toward the sample intake port.
Once the process is complete, mark the scale and take a photo so that the Kantab number (aluminum pack No.) and the scale are clearly visible.
Some people calculate the salt content at this point and take a photo of it. (It really makes cleanup a breeze!)
I'm the type who draws the lines first and calculates the salt content later. I tend to put that off—lol (since it's a low concentration, there's almost no salt).
Since it’s important to be able to tell that the items were collected at that location, it would be good to have some photos taken from a distance as reference material.
