Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The labor shortage has been getting worse and worse lately, hasn't it?
And once again, a bunch of brokers who seem to be setting things up are popping up lol
It's been happening a lot lately.
On social media

Recently, they’ve been openly advertising on social media, prominently featuring the names of major general contractors and listing all the figures in their job postings.
It's mainly text-based, and it's a social media platform—not X, but "Threads"—that seems to have branched off from Instagram.

Unlike Instagram, you can type out long messages, so it seems well-suited for that kind of recruitment.
Well, there are a lot of dubious things out there, so I don't really know which ones are true.
Anyway, there are tons of threads looking for work.
And it's a public works project, after all.
I wonder if we’ve reached a time when that sort of thing is just taken for granted.
That’s just how few people show up. It’s an era of all sorts of people...
It's really terrifying.
And, hey, wait a minute!
What the heck happened to CCUS!!??
What's going to happen to Green Site!?!?
That's kind of a weird contradiction, though... lol

However, since this has been happening particularly often lately, it looks like it will only get worse during the busy season and will likely keep increasing rapidly starting this year.
There have always been brokers, both now and in the past.
I don't mean to disparage brokers.
After all, if you don't have a reputation of your own, you'll have to rely on a broker's reputation to take on jobs.
But apparently, there are cases where brokers just disappear these days!!!! (They vanish without paying out)
It's really scary, isn't it?
I find work through social media and go to the job site.
If you go to a place like that, there’ll be a guy recruiting people, and you just raise your hand and hop on the bus...
You could say it’s just that it’s shifted to social media, but...
It really looks like polarization is about to begin.
Are we entering an era where companies that don't use the internet or social media can't win business?
It’s a time when we can’t even imagine what’s going to happen.
It seems like we’re entering an era where it’s becoming the norm for projects not to stay on schedule because there aren’t enough people, doesn’t it?
On top of that, even with a two-day weekend, things get even worse...
There are a few workplaces (in municipalities) that don't have a two-day weekend system, so employees actually gather at those places on the weekends lol
Things are really starting to get confusing, aren't they?
What do you all think?
See you later.
