This Year's Welding Festival | A Slope Construction Company's Internal Event

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, I went to a welding festival that a certain company holds every year!

At this welding festival, everything related to welding is just so cheap!

It's a wonderful exhibition. (It's held every year at the Gifu Industrial Hall.)

We’ve already got our eyes set on exactly what we want this year.

That's exactly what a semi-automatic welder is!

That said, we do have one at the entertainment department, but since there isn't one in Nagano, I plan to bring it there.

Even for small welding jobs, it ends up costing quite a bit if you hire a professional, lol.

If we do it in-house, we'll gain the necessary skills, and we'll be able to do it anytime!

The best part is that you can do this anytime, though.

There are times when something breaks on site, but you don't have time to take it to a welder, right?

If we could easily fix it ourselves in situations like that, it would prevent work from coming to a halt on-site later on.

Isn't it important to keep operations running smoothly?

Basically, with things like this, you just have to buy them.

If I don't have it, I could just buy it, but there are plenty of things that can be brought back to life with just a little repair.

If the item isn't in stock, it will take some time to arrive.

During that time, we would either halt work on-site or do other tasks, but I think we were doing the current task because it was considered the most efficient.

If something breaks and that task can’t be performed, it ultimately results in a loss for the organization as a whole.

It would be awesome if we could just go back to our shop and fix it with a quick weld, right? lol

That's why I bought this at this year's Welding Festival!

Daiken DM350

The latest models have easy-to-read digital displays, and the controllers are wireless.

So you can easily adjust the output right here.

It's very convenient.

What's more, today's semi-automatic wires are high-performance, and there are plenty of products that offer excellent resistance to friction, build-up, and extreme pressure.

Well, since it's semi-automatic, it's a bit of a hassle to switch between modes, but I recommend it because you can use it depending on your needs.

To build a foundation of knowledge, we plan to conduct special in-house training on arc welding and gas cutting.

I'll be the one teaching, lol

It’s better to be able to do it than not, and you’ll find that welding is actually fun, right?

You don't have to be good at it. (What matters is just giving it a try, even if you're not very good!)

Let's keep improving ourselves!

See you later.
