I'm teaching double-pipe drilling—how to drill and how to remove the pipe.
To be honest, the machine is easy to use.
With just a few hours, anyone can learn how to do it.
In fact, we previously had a woman operate the Isabou Net to drill a hole.
Drilling itself is that simple. (Machine operation)
However, things are different when it comes to longer drilling lengths or faster drilling speeds.
Anyway, at about 17 meters, it's just right for practice this time.
(Well, I can't really say that out loud in front of the general contractor, lol)
Tips for Drilling Holes
The lever is
Rotation (Forward/Reverse)
Push/Pull
Batting
That's all.
Each of these levers has a dial; by turning it, you can increase or decrease the hydraulic pressure.
Combine these to drill the hole.
You can drill a hole by rotating the tool while applying pressure.
It's easy!
If you push the lever all the way down, you can drill a hole.
However, there are some tricks to digging well, quickly, and for a long time.
To put it simply, the key is to dig according to the hardness of the mountain.
If this gets out of alignment, it can cause the machine to break or the bits to wear out quickly.
Skilled people really do have a knack for this.
When I teach, I give more detailed instructions.
After that, anyone can easily drill holes as long as they practice enough ^^
Tips for Extubation
Above all, make sure the extubation procedure is performed safely.
There are a lot of accidents here.
Communicating with each other and giving each other signals is extremely important.
Anyway, how can I make it easier to retrieve the casing right here?

It's okay to take your time.
That said, people who drill fast really do pull their drill pipes out super fast, lol.
If the drill pipe is removed too late, it does affect the daily drilling rate.
But at first, it was just really slow.
The rest comes down to individual aptitude.
If you're too cautious and meticulous, you'll be slow; if you're too bold and careless, you'll have more accidents (or breakdowns).
If I had to choose, I’d say the former, but if it’s too slow, it does get stressful for a director, doesn’t it?
And it also costs the company money.
No accidents, and at a moderate speed!
