The other day, I was thinking about all sorts of things in the car, and I thought, “Maybe I’ll write something like this,” lol.
When I open social media,
"Not enough likes"
"My view count isn't going up"
"No one appreciates me."
……I don't know, that's all.
That said, I also use social media to promote all kinds of ads (mostly on my blog), lol.
Naturally, the slope isLikeBut the collapse won't stop.
Even if you focus on view counts, the mountain will still crumble.
The Desire for Recognition vs. Machines (Technology and Operation)
Social media is a momentary pleasure. (But it’s actually empty.)
Machine operation (construction techniques) is a skill that will last a lifetime.
Time spent engaging with machines and technology will never let you down, unlike the time spent seeking approval from others.
The sound is different than usual; there's a slight vibration, and the hydraulic response is a bit slow.
The drilling speed has slowed down.
People who can pick up on this kind of “sense of something being off” are usually the ones who manage to survive in the field.
What Should Slope Construction Workers Focus On?
The answer is simple.
① Machinery
It's not in the manual, and even the manufacturer doesn't know.
Actual movements, habits, and limitations.
Touch it every day.
Get dirty.
Fix it.
Break it. (*Just enough to fix it, lol)
Machines never let you down.
If you treat others poorly, you'll only get the same in return.
② Natural Ground
The earth never lies.
Is it hard?
Is it loose?
Does it contain water?
Did his expression change?

All a slope worker needs to do is use machinery and their body skillfully to stabilize the slope, lol.
When evaluating a slope stabilization contractor, the quality of the work is important, but what really matters is that the mountain doesn't collapse again!
It’s great to have a glamorous social media presence, but I want to make sure I don’t lose sight of what really matters ^^
Behind all that glitz and glamour on social media, there’s actually a ton of gritty hard work and determination, though lol.
