Companies that accept technical interns must obtain various specialized certifications.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Training Course for Technical Internship Program Supervisors

Last week,Training Course for Technical Internship Program SupervisorsI went there.

Companies that employ technical interns must have this certification.

And in addition to that,

Technical Intern Training Instructor Training Course

Student Life Counselor Training Course

is required.

This certification isn't renewed every three years—you have to retake the exam to get it again!!

I'm taking a one-day refresher course...

And depending on the number of interns, we also need people who hold this certification.

It's going to cost a fortune...

I get that it's necessary, but why do they keep making us get all these certifications and charging us so much money?!?

I get that the certification business is profitable, but even so, the government is charging way too much under its system.

I wonder how much it costs to have technical interns...

I really do think so.

I wonder if there are any contractors who really do a thorough job... but I'll go ahead and get the license anyway.

Technical Interns

Half of our projects involve first-tier subcontractors, but for some reason, the general contractor keeps asking us to submit this certification.

They require all kinds of certifications, but the cost of these certifications is absolutely astronomical.

Well, I suppose that’s just something public utilities can’t help.

Still, there are just way too many qualifications that make no sense.

The fact is that even after putting in this much effort and acquiring various qualifications, if an intern quits, the company is the first to be blamed.

The other day, I had to speak with the police about something.

Why don't the police and immigration authorities thoroughly pursue the fugitives?

We were talking about that.

The bottom line is that since he's not here right now, there's nothing we can do, and unless it's a murder case, we won't investigate.

First, we need to confirm who's here right now.

Run Away

Basically, we don't go out of our way to look for them, but if we happen to find one during a routine stop, we'll take them into custody.

However, since that’s the Immigration Bureau’s responsibility from that point on, we won’t be handing them over, so the union or the company will need to come pick them up.

Even if they are handed over to immigration authorities, without the person’s consent, there will be no forced deportation, and most of them will simply run away again.

Repatriation costs money, so without it, we can't repatriate them.

So I'm running away again lol

Seriously.

Japan is so stupid!!

In other countries, you could easily end up in prison for this, but Japan is so lenient.

They'll just run away and end up committing crimes in Japan again, won't they?

I have a lot to say about the Technical Intern Training Program.

Well, I guess it's kind of a "what's the point of saying that" situation...

Even if you get certified and teach according to the standards, the ones who want to slack off will still slack off, and

It seems there are a lot of brokers specializing in foreign workers these days, and,

The contradiction: "If you ran away, doesn't that mean there was a problem with the company that hired you?"...

The system is being revised again under a new name, but I bet it’s been tweaked to benefit someone again, isn’t it?

I guess I ended up sounding like I was complaining a bit, but taking on technical interns is actually pretty tough, lol.

See you later.
