In my opinion,You should rest when you can.

That's what I think.

So, there are some employees at Enta who take a ton of time off whenever they have a slow period, lol.

This is so incredible and out of the ordinary,It's absolutely amazing!

For example, I took a week off right before Golden Week this year lol

My New Year's break this year was delayed by about a week due to work schedule constraints, but I still took about a week off.
(Since I'm not working, my pay will be reduced.)

However, other employees are working on machine maintenance.

So, I think the boss is unhappy that I was told I should just take a day off.

The reason is that...A supervisor has a duty (job responsibility) to develop their subordinatesThere is.

My complaint is that they are taking responsibility for developing their subordinates.
(I only point things out to my boss.)

Personally, I'm really happy about this lol

The foreman’s concern stems from the fact that he’ll have trouble when that employee, as a foreman, takes his own crew to the job site.

So they're making sure to train them properly as combatants so they won't run into any trouble.

Can we handle it if a machine breaks down? Can we resolve the issue without halting operations on-site? And so on.

Still, I really want to create a company where people can take time off when they need to.

For example, there are times when you want to attend your child’s classes, as well as entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, and other events, right?

You should definitely go, even if it means taking a day off work!

Why don't we just cover for each other?

That's what they say, but I hadn't planned on taking so much time off, so,

It really makes me think, "Oh, so there are downsides like that, too" lol

I actually think that's kind of funny, lol

It's growing faster and faster thanks to the rest it got!
