Continuing from last time, here are some solutions for when the head section of the SEEE model is too short to create tension.
There's actually something like this!
This is a sort of bushing designed to be fitted over the SEEE-specific head housing.
A bushing is a component used to reduce or increase the diameter of a screw.
You install this on the shortened apartment to extend it.
Naturally, since we’ll be threading it in from the top of the existing apartment building, the pipe diameter will be larger.
The inside looks like this, and you screw it in.
The internal threads are gradually tapered, andIt only holds about 10 cmIt looks like this.
Taper machining refers to a machining process in which the workpiece gradually narrows or widens.
I think you can clearly see the difference in thickness.
Screw this in.
I don't think the inside will rust much, but putting some rust-preventative oil inside will ensure it stays in perfect condition.
All that's left is to tighten this securely by hand and attach it, and you're done.
Since there is nothing to protect the connection between the existing apartment building and the extension, we will use a heat-shrink tube.
This heat-shrink tubing is self-adhesive, so be sure to heat it thoroughly with a torch or heat gun to shrink it.
With that done, I think I'll be able to focus as usual once I finish working on the head.
Please note that, as expected, the head components will be one size larger.
