Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

This squid.
Here's a drawing!
People really can do anything, can't they?
If only I could get motivated!
So, do you know where this motivation comes from??
I know where this motivation comes from.
But I'm always making excuses, saying things like, "I'll do it when I feel like it" (lol).
Even though there isn't much time left to get work done, he's still trying to brush it off by saying things like that.
So far, I’ve spent a little over half my life working as a slope maintenance worker.
I'll probably continue working as a slope contractor from now on.
Doing something means you're motivated to do it. (To put it simply.)
Motivation only comes when you take action. That's the situation.
Even though I keep saying, “Ugh, this is such a hassle. Ugh, I don’t want to do this!” I end up doing it anyway.
Take action.
Before I know it, I find myself feeling motivated.
It just pops up on its own.
So I guess the only one who can flip the "motivation switch" is me, lol.

Even among our employees, there are some young people who oversleep.
I really overslept.
However, once they're on the job, they can actually do the work. They really pay attention to their surroundings while they work.
It's the same for everyone—if you just do it, you can do it well. It's just that you end up giving in to your sleepiness.
I really hope young people, in particular, will build a sense of self that makes it hard for them to give in to their own weaknesses.
Self-discipline Leads to GrowthI think so.
"Restraining one's impulses and desires through willpower" or "suppressing one's urges through one's own will" is what we call self-discipline.
It's hard even for me, who thinks I'm all grown up.
In any case, it just goes to show that the only way to grow is to keep taking on new challenges.
It's the last day of Golden Week, but please stay safe starting tomorrow, everyone!
See you later.
