I Want to Tighten Up the Spray-Coating Yard! | A View That Hasn't Changed in Decades

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There’s one thing about spray application that hasn’t changed in the last few decades.

I'm sure you've all noticed this, but maybe it's so obvious that you don't even realize it?

It's a scene you often see on site, isn't it?

What do you think??

Do you understand?

The site manager's zipper is always open!?

A woman's zipper was open! What should I do!?

No, that's not right!

It's not a zipper!

This is the length of the spray-coating plant.

Most spray-coating plant yards today are over 20 meters long.

2 concrete mixers + hopper + weighing scale + spray machine

Can't we get even closer?? lol

So, here's a machine that's been catching my eye lately!!

Syntec Stationary Model, 5 m³/h TypeGasoline-powered

Shintech Co., Ltd.

We're a manufacturer of concrete pumps, and we actually make models that can also be used for shotcrete on slopes!

I haven't used it yet, but according to a contractor I know,It can be sprayed quite well. It's getting great reviews!

The point was that it was "just like a regular gun-type mecha!!"

And it's small.

2205 mm × 1044 mm...

With an engine-type unit, all you need is a compressor to start spraying...

It’s true that there’s space set aside for the ready-mix concrete truck, but since it’s not there all the time, it saves a lot of space, which is a big advantage, isn’t it?

The machine weighs less than 1.5 metric tons, so it looks really great!!

I feel like it's about time a new spray machine came out. Could they change the fundamental mechanism while still allowing for spraying just like before?

As far as I know, the features haven't changed much in the 25 years since then.

I'm hoping the manufacturers will come up with something that can mix sand and cement together and spray it on—that would be great! lol (just my own wishful thinking)

Cost-cutting is common sense in many areas. For example, cost reduction is common sense, isn't it?

Both the construction schedule and the cost will be reduced.

And in this age of information overload, even information gets compressed.

Information Compression Is a Digital DetoxThat's what people say.

This might be a term you're not familiar with, but it involves watching or listening to digital content at twice or three times the normal speed.

You might wonder, “Can you really tell the difference?” but apparently, statistics show that people are more satisfied when the speed is more than twice as fast as normal.

It would be great if Plant Yard could undergo a detox, just like a digital detox.

See you later.

  1. This machine looks convenient, but I'm concerned about how quality control is handled.
How should we handle the on-site adjustment mix?
Even during dry runs, we’d set up a mixer truck right next to the sand hopper of a standard spray plant and force the material through the scale to check quality control (lol).

      Thank you as always.

Since we use ready-mix mortar from a JIS-certified plant, we generally don't adjust the mix design.

For open practice, you really do need a scale, don't you? (Though sometimes you don't have one, lol)
If that happens, it’s going to be a loooong plant, isn’t it…? lol
You just want to give them a big hug, don't you!
