The solution for water leaks in sprayed concrete is to use a rapid-setting agent, but that’s actually quite difficult.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Have you ever used a quick-setting agent?

Spray Applicator

I think this is often used in places where water seeps out on slopes.

If you blow on it while mixing, it hardens in just a few seconds, so it comes in handy every now and then, doesn't it?

But it's hard to mix it, lol.

Where do you mix it?

Plants are tough, aren't they?

In that case, it really comes down to the mouth.

Spray the material while feeding the rapid-setting agent through the nozzle.

Well, quite a few products like that have been developed for dry-type spray applications, but,

The standard wet-type model is not generally available on the market.

We do have equipment for specialized construction methods.

Tunnel Sprayed Concrete

This is especially true for sprayed concrete in tunnels like this.

Since it contains quite a bit of moisture, I’d like to use a rapid-setting agent during the spraying process.

So, I decided to buy this and give it a try.

That's what it is.

Place this between the spray nozzle and the hose to use it.

This is designed for dry use, but it's fine as long as you only use the tip.

Use this to discharge the rapid-setting agent from here.

Doing so will instantly seal the leak!

And it's nice and thick, too!

However, the resin inside wears down, so if you don't clean and inspect it every day, it will break down.

While it's important to be creative, using tools for a quick fix is also a good option.

The key now is figuring out how to ship the alkaline products! ^^

This is what it would look like once it's installed and set up.

It's easy, isn't it?

See you later.
