The person in charge said, “We’ll adjust the bolts as we go, so it shouldn’t be a problem”…🤔

I found myself thinking, “Is this really what working in the field of architectural foundations is like!?”
Well, I've been looking at a bunch of things, and apparently they're going to bend it after this...
I'm speaking from my own perspective, but,
I think these are tough times for contractors who can't handle even small tasks with care.
What would that be equivalent to in our terms?....
Are you being careless with the grout mix (water)?
How about driving the anchor pins for the last layer at an angle?
It's really just a small thing.
How to drape blue tarps over cement, how to tie ropes, and how to secure loads during mechanical transport.
A Little Safety.
I tend to neglect the little things.
You should avoid businesses like this.
And as long as you take the advice to heart and correct it next time, there won't be a problem.
Businesses that continue to do that won't evolve, so they'll only get worse.

Functionally, there are no issues,
Of course, there are people who think that’s fine, though.
Still, there’s no doubt that customers are feeling anxious…For the person doing the work, it might be better to do it just for their own satisfaction.

I received a reply to that post that went something like this, and it’s absolutely spot on!
It's just a minor thing, and since it has absolutely nothing to do with functionality, performance, or strength, it's not a problem.
However, as contractors who build our clients’ products, we want to continue focusing on that aspect.
Even though it’s work we do for ourselves, there are always customers and users on the other end.
"Roughly" just won't do.
In our case, the safety of local residents is our top priority when it comes to slope stabilization work.
There’s absolutely no way that being careless is acceptable.
It may seem like a small thing, but we want to pay close attention to the details in our work, don't we?
The anchor bolt was installed at an angle, but it had straightened out (to some extent) in just one day 😳

It looks like they finally straightened it out, but I can’t help thinking, “If it was going to turn out like this, they should have just... from the start,” but,
Since we're in different industries, there are things we can and can't do, so it's hard to say for sure, lol.
In reality, from the foundation contractor’s perspective, there are parts where they’re constantly being pressured to cut costs and just think, “Well, I guess this is about as good as it gets,” and,
Apparently, there are cases where you can't place a tie bar in the center because the foundation rebar is already in place.
I've heard there are jigs and components designed to center it, but apparently they come at a certain cost.
Great craftsmen and great work pay attention to the details!
Since we're doing this anyway, let's do a great job and pay close attention to the details!
That said, good work does cost money, though ^^
