Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It's really starting to get cold, isn't it?

The very first scaffolding exam for the technical interns I visited the other day.
This is your first exam since coming to Japan, isn't it?
If I don't pass this exam, I won't be able to move on to the next year, but basically, I'm definitely going to pass it lol.
Well, I think it'll mainly involve going over the basic rules and checking the Japanese.
For the exam, you will be required to build a scaffold of a specified design within one hour and have it inspected.
Next up is the Japanese exam.
Even if you can't do this perfectly... it's okay! You'll still pass.
That is, as long as I'm motivated, like I was the other day.
I filmed the whole thing, so I'll upload it once I've edited it.

After that, we all went out for lunch.
My favorite yakiniku restaurant is absolutely delicious!
That "Ultra Kalbi" meat is just irresistible!

We all had a lively lunch together, and in the afternoon, we cleaned and tidied up the office.
I'm back on site starting today.
I hope you’ll enjoy your work and come back having learned a lot.
I'm going to steadily work through the paperwork that's piled up again today.
Please make sure to take adequate precautions against the cold while you work.
See you later.
