I think a director's intuition is usually pretty accurate.

This "feeling" can be either positive or negative.

For example, it’s like this slope (cliff) will turn into XX during construction.

"This slope looks like it might collapse at any moment..." or something like that

"It looks like this area might start to collapse, so let's apply a temporary spray coating up ahead," or something like that.

The experience that allows one to sense something that cannot be discerned from the soil data analyzed (or assessed) by consultants.

This is the result of years of experience and a track record of working on numerous mountains (slopes), isn't it?

Isn't this soil kind of sketchy while drilling for ground anchors?? (The bearing layer is crumbly.)

Since this happens quite often, I try to get the thread to seat a little deeper (like just enough to compensate for the excess tension length)

My gut feeling about when things are about to go wrong is usually pretty accurate, so as a director, I have to plan for the worst-case scenario.

I think I'm handling things as they come. (Or maybe not?? lol)

When you think about it, training site supervisors is really tough, isn't it?

Experience and the number of projects you've worked on are extremely important.

And I think the most important thing is the perspective from which it was managed.

Personally, I think experience as a site representative for a general contractor is quite important.

You can’t do this job unless you can handle both the administrative side and the on-site work—and these days, you won’t get a good score otherwise.

I think that's how a sense of being on the front lines is cultivated.

Even if this were from the perspective of a craftsman,

Your intuition is honed by always keeping an eye on what lies ahead while carrying out your daily tasks.

This outlook refers to things like the work schedule and construction methods tailored to the condition of the mountain.

If you keep these things in mind while working, the day you become a foreman or master craftsman will come faster and faster.

Just try doing the work while overthinking even something as simple as digging a single hole, lol.

This might sound a bit theoretical, but try coming up with your own theory.
