Golden Week officially began a few days ago, and my daily routine for the long weekend has started.

Yeah, it's an in-house patrol, lol.

So, it's a patrol of the landfill, huh?

There are cameras and other equipment installed, but I just can't help worrying unless I see it for myself.

As I mentioned in a previous blog post, it’s like a thief’s paradise right now.

All over the place, various metal items are being stolen from guardrails.

Especially in remote mountainous areas!

Just thinking about being on a job site like that gives me a strong feeling that I'm going to get robbed big time!

That's really scary, isn't it?

And it really pisses me off!

If thefts keep increasing at this rate, it seems likely that scrap metal dealers will also face regulations.

Especially those companies with names like “○○ Trading” that sound Chinese—they’ll take just about anything, you know~

It is said that scrap metal prices will rise to 120 yen per kilogram between now and the end of the year.

Company patrols during long weekends are looking like a sure thing!

Please be very careful at your company, too!

There are thieves lurking around here!?

Plus, in the worst-case scenario, there might even be a thief within the company, lol.

I can't help but think, "They should do their site patrols during a long weekend like this," lol.
