For the past few days, I've been putting together a materials allocation sheet—or something like that—for when I go to the job site.

I know you're probably thinking, "What's that all about?" but there are times when you just can't go check things out on-site, right?

Especially during busy times.

Even if someone manages to go, if they don't share the information with everyone else, we'll end up finding out on the spot that we're missing this or that.

I figured that in such situations, if we could have the general contractor—who is familiar with the conditions on-site—prepare the documentation, we could at least get a handle on the situation on-site and determine the quantities of equipment and materials needed.

It would really help if this could reduce losses and miscommunications, even just a little bit, wouldn't it?

For now, I've put together a rough version of the ground anchor assembly.

We plan to add Vietnamese and English translations to this.

It’s not enough for just Japanese people to be aware of this, is it? I think everyone who goes to the site should be aware of it.

I'm including illustrations to help people visualize things, and I'm doing my best to write these in the hope that it'll help reduce forgotten items, even just a little bit lol.

I'm spending more time on the illustrations than on the table...

I'm also going to make a spray-painted version, so once everything is finished, I'm thinking of making the images available for download.

Since I'm creating these in Illustrator, I'm thinking of just including the AI, JPEG, and PNG files as they are.

You'd be surprised how often drawings like this come in handy, so I hope you'll use them in your construction plans and the like.

It's all specialty machinery, and there's almost nothing about it online, so it's a real hassle, isn't it?
