The other day, I saw some really beautiful work.
The Construction Manager's Attention to Detail
Here's the site after completion—the rebar installation work is a spectacular sight!
The work was executed with meticulous precision, clearly reflecting the property manager’s strong commitment to quality and the craftsmen’s exceptional skill! It was absolutely packed with excellence in every single aspect!

You can tell right away that they're all lined up neatly in a single row, right?!?
I think the accuracy so far is quite impressive.
I think this is the result of a lot of careful attention to positioning—such as stretching PP rope across all areas to prevent the markings from fading—and various other ingenious measures.
I imagine they’re aligning the rebar quite accurately both during concrete placement and after grouting.
And I suppose they used a string line to align the plates after the grout had hardened, to ensure they were all in the correct position.
It's really hard to get all of these to match, isn't it?
That’s exactly why I believe they do a solid job on subcontracted work as well.
When I was driving down this hill, I instantly thought, “Wow! It’s beautiful!”
And, although I'm not sure if this refers to the work hours for the next fiscal year or the previous fiscal year, here it is.
It's not like it's bad at all.
If anything, I think this is the norm!
So I don't think there are any quality issues either!
But!
My neighbor is way too pretty!
It's obvious at a glance—the house next door is just way too nice, isn't it?
It's definitely going to be used for comparison during the inspection... lol
It’s better to have the same contractor handle the ongoing work as much as possible so there aren’t any differences in the finished product, but it is a competitive business, after all… (;ﾟロﾟ)
They're exactly the same in terms of performance, though.
But if it looks good, there’s a very good chance the construction management is top-notch, right?
And I think that’s a reflection of its quality.
