Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, while talking to someone, I wondered: What kind of people (managers, craftsmen) tend to excel in their work?
We were talking about that.
What do you all think?

According to that person, it meant someone who is perceptive.
I agreed with that, too.
Considering the schedule for the upcoming construction project, how should we go about carrying out the work?
People who think that as long as their own construction project goes smoothly, that's all that matters, and
Can we recognize (or create) an environment and conditions that make it easier for those who come after us to carry out construction work?
You said that the difference was huge.
It's all about imagination (insight), isn't it?
Of course, knowledge and experience are essential for making the most of your imagination!
However, while young engineers and craftsmen may still have some gaps in their knowledge, they should try to recognize these as much as possible.
It's about making a conscious effort to be aware.
Using the knowledge and experience I have to the best of my ability to imagine and gain insights.
By doing so, you'll be able to perform even better than you do now.

Having been in this industry for many years, we can usually predict what will happen, and things generally turn out as expected.
This is the result of years of experience and knowledge.
So, to put it bluntly, I think anyone who’s been doing this for a long time can figure it out lol
Conversely, those who don't fall into that category are the ones who haven't realized this and taken action until now.
Even though I realized this when I was younger, I never took action, and now it’s become a habit, so I might not even notice it anymore lol.

These kinds of small insights will have various effects as you get older, so,
Let's make a conscious effort to notice everything we can while we're still as young as possible ^^
People say I’m too observant and nitpicky, lol (but it’s also important to act like a grown-up and turn a blind eye if there’s no problem).
If you do that, your chances of becoming a supervisor (engineer) or craftsman who can spot both the good and the bad will increase dramatically.
See you later.
