Well, I think anyone who works on these knows this already, but it's what's commonly called a ball bearing (radial ball bearing).

This part is used at the rotation shaft.

Take a blender, for example.

It's spinning around the axis, isn't it?

In the case of a mixer, it’s equipped with bearings that not only prevent wobbling but also allow it to rotate smoothly without resistance.

In general, when the machine isn't working properly, please check this bearing as well.

To check it, please run your hand over it.

If you notice any rough rotation or the wheel wobbles while spinning, it's time to replace it.

It will break over time and cause problems.

Here's what to look for when servicing or replacing bearings.

There is always a number written on either the front or the back.

In the photo above, it's 6315, isn't it?

If you search for "ball bearing 6315" on Google, it will come up.

Since the inner and outer diameters are listed, I think it would be a good idea to compare them with the actual item.

Even if the manufacturers are different, all bearings are the same based on their part numbers, so I don't think you'll have much trouble choosing the right one.

Since the same parts cost a fortune when bought from the machine manufacturer, it’s cheaper to buy them directly online or at a parts store.

For a company like ours that handles maintenance, doing so in particular can help reduce costs in the long run.

Also, when installing this bearing, be sure to apply plenty of grease.

Models with lids come with lubricant already applied, but for those without lids, be sure to apply a generous amount of grease inside and take steps to prevent debris from entering.

Doing this keeps debris out, so it will last longer.

Generally, if you hear unusual noises coming from rotating parts, it's often because this bearing is worn out, so please check it.
