When installing ground anchors or reinforcing bars, it’s usually done in conjunction with scaffolding, isn’t it?
The openings in the scaffolding are 3 cm or less.
If we're going to fix this opening, should we pack in the scaffolding boards or place plywood on top?

As a general rule, it is standard practice to begin work only after such hazardous areas have been corrected.
Naturally, there are some areas that can be corrected easily, and others that will take quite a bit of time to fix.
For simple spots, just slap on a piece of plywood. That's the easiest way.
There's just nothing we can do about the joints in the scaffolding.
If there’s a spot where you just can’t do it—where it’s way too difficult—it’s fine to restrict access as long as it doesn’t interfere with construction!
That way, no one will say, “You’re working even though there are dangerous spots!” lol
People use safety as an excuse to say unreasonable things.
However, since we can’t get any work done if we worry about that, it’s also the contractor’s job to implement the minimum safety measures necessary to proceed with the construction.
To be honest, the director doesn't want to say anything pointless, does he?

When the safety patrol comes by, they always say such ridiculous things, don't they? LOL (I'm probably going to get scolded lol)
However, this is also part of our efforts to raise safety awareness and reduce the accident rate.

Even in the event of an accident that doesn't require a work stoppage, work at the site may be suspended for at least one day, or as long as three to four days.
Even if construction is slightly delayed while ensuring safety, the end result is more efficient (because there are no accidents).
