The battery compartment is inside the front zipper. (Cut a small slit in the fabric to thread the wires through.)
In the end, any kind of air-conditioned suit will do, right? lol
It doesn't have to be anything fancy, and you can make one right away for as little as 500 yen using a work jacket.
