Rest Is Part of the Job | Health Management for Slope Workers

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, at a safety conference held by a certain company, a veteran from a former mega-sized general contractor—a real heavyweight in the industry—told me,

"When I search for 'rock bolts' and 'anchors,' all I get is 'Enta'!"

And then I got scolded lol

All I could say was, "Thank you." lol

He told me, "I'm not going to search for you anymore—I'll just call you."

Thank you. Please do that from the very beginning!

And we wrapped up that gathering early as well.

The thing is, my runny nose just won't stop! "A cold at a time like this?!" I thought to myself as I made a quick exit.

And today, I'm going to take it easy, do absolutely nothing, and sleep as much as I can!

Runny Nose

As for how I get over a cold, I just gargle a lot.

The one that's been particularly effective so far is "Oi Ocha Koicha."

Oi Ocha: Strong Tea

Now it's time to gargle!

It feels a little indulgent, but you're supposed to gargle with this once every 30 minutes.

That alone will have it back to normal in just a few days! Catechins kill germs!!

By the way, I hear that teas sold in plastic bottles like this are made using third- or fourth-flush tea leaves.

That's what a tea farmer from Kawane Town in Shizuoka Prefecture said once, lol.

See you later.
