I often get questions about removable temporary anchors, so I’ll answer them here.
"You can remove all removable anchors, right?"
I get this question a lot lol

This is what a temporary anchor looks like when viewed from a standard cross-section.

A load-bearing element like this is used in the mounting section.

The PC steel strands are enclosed in a black polyethylene sheath.
There is a PC strand that wraps around the load-bearing member as it makes a U-turn.
The only part of a removable anchor that can be removed is the steel wire—not the PC!
This is important, so I'll say it again.
Removable anchors can only be removed using PC steel strands!
Conversely, what remains in the ground is,
Polyethylene sheath, load-bearing element, and hardened cement slurry!

I've never removed one of these before, but if I were to remove it, would I have no choice but to make an incision?
Or should we drill with an even larger diameter and break it down that way? (Is that even possible?)
Is that about right...?
It’s just a temporary structure anyway, so I doubt they’ll spend any money on it.
Since they said they'll ultimately be using removable anchors, we're proceeding with the work based on an unspoken understanding?
I suppose there wouldn't be any particular problem if it were government-owned land, but what about private land...?
That said,It is unlikely that there will be any adverse effects, such as ground subsidence.That's it.
That's because it mainly consists of cement slurry, which is harder and stronger than the natural ground.
It all comes down to the perspective of the government agency and the general contractor.
