Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, at a meeting, I ended up being appointed president of a small organization.
That got me thinking.

Among all the different people there, a few said, “This role is tough,” “You’re in for a rough time!” and “Are you sure you can handle it?”
They always bring up things like that after the decision has already been made.
From my perspective, “Is that really something to say right now?”
That's what I think, lol
At a company, your boss or senior colleagues would tell you that, right?
Once it's been decided, they start spreading negative information.
As is the case with most things, I hate thinking about things before I try them—since you can only really understand them once you’ve done them—and I also hate telling others what to do.
That's why people like that really get on my nerves lol (not that I'd actually say that lol)
On the other hand, I really like people who, when I say something like that, respond with, “It must be tough, but hang in there. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.”
I can honestly say, “Thank you!” lol

I try to brush off negative comments, but the persistent ones just keep going on and on.
You really have no choice but to keep a certain distance from someone who says that, don't you?
Please be careful, as people like that can be dangerous in small communities.
There are people who act all high and mighty, especially when they fail, lol.
They're the kind of people who add their own spin to things and spread them around.
Let's just ignore people like that and focus on our own work!
However, there is some useful information mixed in with that negative information.
It would be a waste to dismiss everything outright, so we should be selective.
There are some contradictions, but that's just how relationships are.
By keeping a healthy distance in your relationship, you might be able to get only the information that's useful to you.
See you later.
