A jig used to position rebar into holes during rebar insertion work
The photo above shows that the rebar is securely in place.
This has become pretty common these days, but since there are still some people who don't know about it, I'll write about it again ^^
I don't think construction consultants would know this, but,
If the rebar isn't centered, it will make the finished appearance and the head finishing more time-consuming.
That's why we need a separate jig.
You're probably wondering, "What about the spacer?" But that thing... I wonder what it is... lol (You'll understand once you use it on site.)
The clip spacer ensures that the rebar is positioned exactly in the center of the hole, no matter the situation.
Recently, it has also been used for rebar laid horizontally. (Cross-ties in construction projects)
I think this is better because it's more reliable than using stones to hold it in place.
It is also well-received because it works well with grout.
I think it’s used quite a bit for creative solutions. (We use it, too.)
It takes a little ingenuity to do a good job.
