This is Enta.

Since last week, in the ground anchor construction project,

I teach construction management, covering topics ranging from drilling to stress management.

 

I've been getting requests like this lately, so I've been going out to teach.

Of course, I mean as part of my job.

No one ever taught us this kind of know-how before, did they?

 

The instructor will only teach you one of them, lol.

Plus, it seems like they'll teach you once you join the company.

 

However, these days, you can find out just about anything by going online.

With text or photos.

But if it’s just text and photos like this, you might still feel a little uneasy about the actual installation, right?

Are you sure this is okay?

Is this right?

Didn't you make a mistake?

There are times when you just want to hear it said out loud, right?

 

Someone standing right next to me who says, “It’s okay!” or,

It’s reassuring to have someone who can tell you how to handle problems when they arise, isn’t it?

When you take on something new, you always have to step outside your comfort zone.

However, since this is work, I can't take risks just for the sake of it.

 

We’re having them learn the job in a situation where it seems like they’re in a dangerous spot, but they’re actually surrounded by a sense of security, lol.

If that happens, it will become part of that company’s know-how, and I’d be happy to see even a few more slope construction companies emerge, and

I can do that as part of my job, too.

That company will then be able to use that technology in its own operations for decades to come.

I'm sharing all that know-how with you, lol.

 

People back in the day used to say, “If you do that, it’ll cut into your own work!” and,

There are still people who say things like that.

But in reality, what are we going to do about Japan, which is just getting worse and worse due to this severe labor shortage?

 

They'll go extinct before we can teach them and increase their numbers, won't they?

I’m doing this because I think, “If that’s the case, shouldn’t we keep teaching and growing the program?” ^^

I just hope this helps the slope construction industry, even if only a little.

Well, there is some criticism, but that's just for their own convenience.

 

Teaching everything from 1 to 10 is really a way for me to reaffirm my own knowledge and skills, so,

I’ll try to brush up on my own knowledge so I don’t end up teaching anything wrong, lol.

 

I'll be staying in the Kinki region? for a while this week.
