Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I heard someone say, “Unless it’s above eye level, I don’t really care—unless I make a point of paying attention to it!”
You end up forgetting about things like overhead power lines.
That’s why you’ll often see them used to cover electrical wires and the like.

This is it.
If you attach this, it's safe even if you touch the power lines!
Aren't you thinking that?
That's wrong!
Actually, this cover is designed to be clearly visiblePlease think of it as something that simply draws your attention visually.
Construction work near power lines and other such structures requires a great deal of caution.
Electric utility companies specify a minimum distance that must be maintained.
In particular, for power lines carrying 10,000 volts or more—the kind we see every day—the rule is to stay at least 3 meters away from the top of the line.
Apparently, just getting close to power lines can cause an electrical discharge and result in an electric shock. (This is described in the link below.)
When conducting construction work near power lines, ensure that workers are made fully aware of the risks and that signs, ropes, and other visual aids are in place to maintain constant awareness,
We need to ensure safety.

To Prevent Electric Shock Accidents
Tokyo Electric Power Company
And what surprised me most of all was...!
Actually, there is a fee for installing this protective conduit in the Tokyo Electric Power Company service area.
Apparently, even that protective tube costs money!!
Chubu Electric Power is free. So I didn't even think twice about it.
That's a surprise.
It is best to submit the application for pipe installation at least two weeks before construction begins.
Taking early precautions is crucial for both safety and progress on the job!
See you later.
