Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

It's pollen season.
Those of us who work in the field are constantly exposed to pollen.
And since we’re slope engineers, we’re particularly...Consuming Fresh PollenI'm doing it!
This is really the hardest part, lol.
Fresh pollen is highly irritating.
In urban areas, it seems to mix with pollen and exhaust fumes and stuff lol
My hay fever started when I was around 25 years old.
Since then, it has gotten worse year by year, to the point where I can’t even sleep at night without medication.
The only thing I have is a large air purifier next to my desk.
That said, I do wonder if this air purifier is sucking in too much—maybe even pollen from outside? lol

I've tried all kinds of treatments!
Supplements, glasses, cauterization of the nasal mucosa, and tea—none of them are particularly effective.
Ultimately, masks designed to minimize pollen exposure are the most effective solution.
Even when I wear a mask, my nose runs and gets stuffy inside the mask, the medicine makes my throat dry, and drinking alcohol makes it worse.
There wasn't a single method that made me think, "This is it!"
But this year, nothing at all is happening!!!
There’s just one thing I started doing last year—I tend to be constipated and don’t drink much water.
So, I started eating yogurt (to relieve constipation).
I then realized that some yogurts help with bowel movements, while others don't.
Generally speakingEat just one type of yogurt for about three weeksAnd,
You'll learn which ones help with regular bowel movements.
There are some that cause loose stools, and others that don't help with constipation.
ProbablyYogurt cultures that don't agree with meI believe that is the case.
Among those,I Found a Yogurt That Helps with Regular Bowel MovementsI did.

That's an enormous amount of yogurt cultures. (Please don't assume that the benefits listed here will work for you.)
Actually, there are even more than this lol
In the end, the yogurt that worked best for me was Bifix (the second one from the top).
If I eat one of these every day (half in the morning and half at night), I feel great.
I ate this every day for a year.
There were actually some days when I couldn't eat because I was on a business trip, but I think I ate about 80% of the time.
When I really couldn't eat anything, I'd drink yogurt from a convenience store (for me, this yogurt always gives me diarrhea lol).
As a result, so far this year, while the inner corners of my eyes have been a little itchy, my nose hasn't been stuffy, and I haven't been taking any medication.
It's pretty comfortable, and my bowel movements are regular lol
I think your pollen allergy will likely improve significantly even in about six months.
Hey, everyone!Yogurt Cultures That Are Right for YouThat's right!
However,It's important to consume it every day.will be.
As for Bifix, I think it costs around 160 yen at nearby supermarkets and such.
Annual cost: 160 yen × 30 days × 12 months × 80% = 46,080 yen
It costs more than I expected, but having a stuffy nose makes me irritable, and
When you consider that the cost-effectiveness of the work might decrease, it actually seems pretty cheap.
You often hear people in the beauty industry talking about gut health, don't you?
Things like "If you balance your gut flora, you'll look better" or "Beauty comes from within."
It's possible that once that was taken care of, my allergies (the symptoms that appear when I go outside) improved as well.
Maybe I'm the only slope contractor in the industry with a healthy gut? (Not that I know, lol)
It’s true that folk remedies aren’t very effective, but I think it all comes down to not sticking with them long enough to see results.
In my case, since I love experiments, I'm the type of person who just goes ahead and does any experiment I can do on my own.
Here are the results from this round.
Find the right yogurt culture for you, and you can beat hay fever! It's possible.
In a way, I’m a little worried that I might have gotten stuck in an endless loop of eating yogurt, lol.
So, I’ll keep eating it for about two years, and then I’ll see what happens when I stop! I’ll be testing that out, too!
I'm going to stop doing this starting next year, so please wait until the year after that for the results lol
See you later.
