This is Enta.

I was talking to a craftsman.

"I really like being on-site—there are all kinds of problems that come up!"

I didn't feel that way at all!

The site supervisor hopes that work on the site will proceed smoothly and without a hitch.

And we aim to bring it to a successful conclusion.

 

However, this craftsman...The real thrill of working in the field lies in solving problems as they arise.They say there is one!

It’s true—there hasn’t been a single job site that went off without a hitch.

Every worksite has its own set of problems and issues.

To be able to enjoy that...

I thought, "This craftsman is amazing."

 

The bigger the problem, the harder it is for the site supervisor.

But, like people say, the sense of accomplishment when you finally solve it is off the charts, isn't it!?

I, too, still remember those tough jobs from back in the day very clearly!

Those experiences have shaped who I am today.

I'm sure you all feel the same way.

 

I got the feeling that the more troubles and problems there are, the more the people working on the front lines seem to grow and improve.

I’d like to learn how to enjoy troubles and problems a little more, too.

I’ve made it a personal rule to never run away! That’s my motto.

No matter what happens, I won't run away!

That said, I'm talking about our own company's work, lol.

Because of that, we ended up stepping in to help out at a site that other companies had backed out of, and our employees are having a hard time.

If a version update is waiting for you after all that hard work, it really boosts your motivation, doesn't it?

That said, from the employees’ perspective, they’d obviously prefer an easier workplace, lol. (Sorry for all the hard work!)

There's no doubt that the employees' skill levels will have improved slightly by the time the project is finished.

Actually, people grow without even realizing it!

 

I guess enjoying being on the job means having fun while solving problems and dealing with issues.

I guess that's what work is all about.

 

For us slope engineers and civil engineers, working with nature means things never go smoothly!

How do we handle this!? (There's no way to deal with a stupid general contractor, lol)

All the solutions lie within yourself.I guess it's just my experience so far!

If you can keep growing as a person even while constantly dealing with troubles and problems, there’s no job more fun than this, right!?

I really do think civil engineering and slope stabilization are the best jobs out there!
