This means that the wave of automation is definitely reaching the slope construction industry as well.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Following up on what I mentioned the other day, I saw this at the Wakita Jumbo Fair—it’s finally here!!?

Here's a little intro to that thing lol

Koken Kogyo Drilling Machine

Koken Kogyo, which was recently acquired through a tender offer by Hulic Co., Ltd. and became a wholly owned subsidiary

This is a fully automatic machine from Koken Kogyo!

That said, of course, you can also do it manually.

I hear it can perform everything automatically, from installing and removing the casing to drilling the borehole.

We're living in amazing times, aren't we?

Apparently, it can be operated using a controller, and actual tools can also be attached to it.

Apparently, it can collect all kinds of data, including drilling speed and pressure control.

Lately, various companies have been collecting drilling data, so it looks like automation is on the horizon.

I’ve been saying this on this blog for about 10 years now, so it’s going according to plan.

As expected, this is a bit of a challenge for small contractors like us, so I hope the major companies will step up to the plate.

The key is how well we can make use of it?

Even though I think that, it would be kind of interesting to get involved in that aspect, wouldn't it?

Koken Kogyo Washigumi

The "Washizukami" Casing Installation and Removal Machine

It seems to still be a prototype, but I suppose it'll be released eventually.

Equipment that is as safe as possible and does not require human operation.

It appears that the type mounted on heavy machinery is already being used on construction sites through NETIS.

Well, there are probably all sorts of challenges, but things like this just keep popping up one after another.

I have high hopes for companies with capital.

We'll put it to good use!

That said, I love making things too, so to be honest, I'm jealous!

An environment where you can create things like this!!

That said, for now, I guess I just need to quietly do what I can.

Let's give it our all as we head toward the end of the fiscal year!

The wave of automation has finally reached the slope construction industry, too~

See you later.
