I’ve discovered something that I’m truly sorry about to everyone who posted in the Q&A section.

Here is the suggestion box we set up here a while back.

I didn't realize it until just the other day!

I noticed it and posted a comment, but the response was slow.

To begin with, the problem was that we weren't receiving the emails containing the questions submitted to this Q&A section.

If you have any urgent questions, please let me know by emailing me directly or through the Q&A box.

I can't set up alert emails for the Q&A box right away.

If you send me an email with the information listed above, I will reply.

 

Since there were some questions that came up very frequently, I’ll be posting an article about them at a later date.

Personally, I’d like everyone across the country to submit questions to the Q&A section for the benefit of others in the future.

If you do that, you'll often run into similar problems.

It's because I can share that with everyone, including myself.

Plus, since anyone can post there, slope engineers and design consultants from all over the country will be able to see it, so I think it will be a huge improvement.

You don't have to provide your name, so please feel free to take advantage of this opportunity.

I think that would result in some really good data, you know?

 

On a busy month, I get around 30 questions. On a slow month, it’s as few as three.

I'd love to include all of that, but,

I think the fact that they sent an email means they probably don't want anyone to know.

I hope they'll make good use of the anonymity there.

I think it's okay to include some fake information.

Please make good use of it.

 

To protect your anonymity, please keep the project name and location under wraps, lol.

If you're okay with it being made public, I'll leave it up to you.

If any defamatory or abusive comments are posted, we will immediately ban the user.

Please handle this in a mature manner.

 

I'm planning to revamp this site soon, too, but once it's updated, I'll make sure to set up alerts for the Q&A section lol
