The other day, we were in a real frenzy loading up the machinery to head to a job site!
I didn't even eat lunch and was completely exhausted.
This heat is really getting to me.

I'll explain this step by step starting now.

It's a round pipe.
Specifications: φ165.2 × 200 mm, t4.5

Drill a φ20 hole about 50 mm from the top.

Weld a 25A (1-inch) nipple all the way around.
Weld the nipple all the way around on the inside, and if the hole becomes too narrow, use a rotary tool to grind it down.
To weld the inner cover in the correct position, we place a support inside to lift it up.

Place the inner lid on top of this.

In this position, perform light spot welding to secure the parts and fix their positions.
The hole in the inner lid is 20 mm in diameter.

We use a semi-automatic welding machine to perform full-circumference welding to ensure there are no leaks.
I think you've probably figured it out by now, but I'm not giving the answer just yet lol
After welding, apply rust-preventive paint to the interior.
Since I'm putting the lid on, I don't know what will happen inside, but it'll last longer if it doesn't rust, so I'll apply some rust inhibitor for now.

We’ll cover it from the outside, but we’ll also apply rust inhibitor to the inside.
Since the lid is fully welded all around, we weld it securely to ensure there are no leaks.

Just attach the handle, and it's done.
Apply rust inhibitor to the entire surface.
This is a pressure valve for grout injection, commonly used by anchor installation professionals.
Stick the rubber strip onto the inner lid, and you're done.

This time, I made three pressure relief valves.
I’ve had a bunch of jobs here and there lately, so I made some extra just in case, but then I realized I didn’t really need three of them lol.
That said, we managed to produce enough to cover the number of drilling machines plus one, so it looks like we won't have any stock shortages for now.
