It's such an amazing technology that lets you create drawings exactly as they are, isn't it!

Slope work and earthwork are pretty much the same, lol.


But that's beside the point.

 

You know, that thing with the side on anchor-setting machines and heavy-duty machinery!

It's basically that thing that gets rock-hard and won't budge at all, lol.

Yeah, this is it.

 

Basically, it's something used to move machinery sideways by placing it on single pipes or rails, right?

Products from companies that don't use this at all are rock-hard lol

We use it fairly often, so it's smooth.

 

However, this will also deteriorate over time, so naturally, it requires maintenance.

So, since it’s already not rolling smoothly, it’s time to replace the bearings.

There are about two of these bearings inside, so I'll remove them.

The interior is hollow and held in place solely by the bearings.

As a result, water can easily seep into the hollow areas, so we apply a generous amount of grease to prevent water from getting in.

It may seem like a small thing, but maintenance is always necessary.

I want to minimize the risk of things breaking on site.

However, bearings are used just about everywhere.

Bearings really are amazing.
