Last weekend, I set up the machine all by myself.
As you can see, the site is quite spacious, so we can install the equipment with plenty of room to spare.
As for how to install the machine, since space may be limited in some cases, I can’t give a one-size-fits-all answer, but I recommend installing it with as much clearance as possible.
Please keep in mind that machines break down—this is a fundamental fact.
What do you do when a machine breaks down?
You open the service door on the side to check inside, right?
To do that, you need enough space for people to enter and enough space to open the door all the way.
It's best to leave at least about 1 meter of space around the machine.
This is just a rough guide, but it's something like this.
Leave a minimum clearance of about 1 meter between the ground and structures. This will make it easy to open the maintenance door and facilitate maintenance work.
The distance between the compressor and the generator is about 0.5 meters.
It's enough for the power panel door to open.
Also, please make sure to leave enough space here for people to move around.
Depending on the person, they might park their car so close to the curb that it’s difficult for others to even get in.

Actually, this is on purpose.
A cement plant is a facility that uses cement.
That's definitely the case with spray-applied coatings and grout, isn't it?
I think there are many times when cement gets blown around by the wind.
Since we don't cover every work site, particles may scatter.
Scattered cement and sand fall onto other machinery.
In that case, if the machine is leased, you might be charged for cleaning, or even if it’s your own machine, you’ll still have to clean it—which is a waste of time and money.
If you're the type of person who pays attention to this every day and washes your hair regularly, there's no problem at all, but not everyone is like that.
If things get busy, there's a good chance I might forget.
That's why we place the machinery we don't want to get dirty as far away as possible.
People who don't take care of machinery don't care about others.
It's not my machine. It's another company's machine—it belongs to the company.
We see many people who think that way.
The term "construction" includes cleaning as well.
It’s not as if you can just install the ground anchors at the site, put up the formwork, and then let the rest be messy.
Finally, we clean up the site, and that’s the end of it.
It's the same with machines.
After using it, clean it up every day before you're done.
Let's leave a little extra time so we can finish work a bit early, give the place a thorough cleaning, and head home.
This is just my personal opinion, but I think it’s best to have a construction crew that does a thorough job on details like this, even if they don’t get as much work done in a day.
