How to Pour Cement Slurry Quickly and Accurately on a Sloping Mountain!

When cement slurry doesn't rise during rebar insertion, what do you do?

I don't think many people just pour the cement slurry in as is.

 

I want to post it as soon as possible! lol

So what are we going to do?

 

1. Increase the water-to-cement ratio of the cement slurry to make it thicker.

2. Use agents such as coagulants.

3. Insert the fiber.

4. Switch to the packer.

 

I think that's roughly how it goes.

Ideally, I think the proper approach would be to keep adding it until the entire space is filled.

 

However, in reality, as long as it manages to go up, that, too, is recognized as “correct.”

So, as long as I don't miss anything on the review exam, I'm good? (Implicitly...)

 

As for Packer No. 4, it would involve some changes, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but if the situation is really that bad, it’s worth considering.

 

Unless you're very careful with how you use the quick-setting agent in #2, it will clump together just around the edges of the mouth.

This can result in something meaningless, so caution and experience are required.

Also, since there are strength issues, you need to be careful.

While adjusting the concentration of the cement slurry in Step 1, the approach described in Step 3 is a realistic option.

By the second or third time, you'll start to see results with a high degree of certainty.

 

However, please be sure to follow a consistent set of principles when performing this work.

For example, they might say that this amount of water is just right.

Well, as far as strength goes, there aren't really any problems with reducing the amount of water, though.

 

Adding fiber makes it much more chewy.

As long as the pump is reliable, it can deliver a decent amount.

A squeeze-type pump like the one shown above will do the job. (The photo shows the smaller model.)

If the distance is long, I recommend using a larger pump, but be careful not to burst the joints, lol.

We recommend using a grout hose that is 1 inch in diameter and no longer than 40 meters.

Any pressure beyond that can be quite intense, so you need to be very careful.

At this hardness, I can't measure the flow rate with a flow cone lol

Personally, I want to make sure it’s injected properly, so I recommend using this consistency for injection ^^
