Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Are you having fun?

This is an image I created for a job posting a while back, but when I really thought about it...It's a fun place to work!I thought, "I probably shouldn't write that," lol.
Since I'm on the management side, I'm not really in a position to know whether it's fun or not.
From my perspective, making others happy is part of my job, and striving to make myself happy is also part of my job.
Personally, I find it fun, but since it’s from an employee’s perspective in a job posting, I realize now that the wording above was a bit of a mistake lol.
But actually, I'm having fun lol
I make images like the one above just for fun, lol.
This is fun precisely because it goes beyond the bounds of common sense; a typical company wouldn't post a photo like this.
When I think about it...Fun = Risk (Anxiety, Fear, Unconventionality, Thrill, Challenge)That's it.

Please take a look at this picture.
People who generally feel that life isn't fun are those living in the green zone.
However, this isn't because it's not fun—it's a safe area.
It's my usual routine, so I feel at ease.
It means that as long as you stay in this zone, you can maintain a sense of safety and stability.
Let's say you've taken your first step into the Blue Zone.

This is the zone where you feel a little bit of danger in a world you’re unfamiliar with—you’re anxious, but you still want to take on the challenge.
By moving back and forth between the Blue Zone and the Green Zone, you can experience a sense of fulfillment, satisfaction, and joy.

This is the Red Zone.
This place is just a total nightmare for me—nothing but stress.
This is a zone where I feel nothing but anxiety—it’s not fun at all.
We can't stay here!Let's get out of here as soon as possible!!
It means it's not where I am right now.
If you think your workplace is a "red zone," quit immediately!
However, unfortunately,The Blue Zone turns into the Green Zone!!
And on top of that, without even realizing it lol
As I'm sure you know, people just get used to things!
Once you get used to it, it turns into a comfort zone, and your days will become boring again.
However, this means that it has grown compared to before.
It means that I was able to grow through gaining experience.
We grow by taking on new challenges and learning new things.
It's just a constant cycle.
You can see that the Red Zone stretches out infinitely, right?
It often happens that an area that used to be in the red zone has, before you know it, turned into the blue zone, doesn't it?

If you're not enjoying your daily life, try taking on a new challenge!
Please try doing a job you've never done before, even at work.
Try working on a type of construction project you've never managed before, even in a site management role.
And if you get tired, you can just head back to the Green Zone!
It's up to you to make both your work and personal life enjoyable.
Before you start complaining about how boring your daily life is, why not try doing something about it?
To put it a bit extreme, if you commute by bike, why not try switching to rollerblades instead!?

It’s surprising how people often can’t even handle the smallest of challenges.
But it might be worth giving it a try, right?
See you later.
