These days, video is the way to go for teaching.

These days, the mainstream approach is to watch videos and then try things out on-site through trial and error.

It’s better to learn the basics beforehand—rather than getting nagged by my boss on the job—and then put them into practice on the job.

And it’s more efficient to have them fix only the problematic parts or adapt their approach to fit our company’s methods.

Right now, we're working on the Vietnamese and Japanese versions.

There are times when the wording is a bit off in the sections I haven't been able to review due to my busy schedule, but I'll be making corrections as needed.

I really hope everyone will sign up!

And I hope to play even a small part in helping the people of Vietnam and the young people entering this industry.
