Launching the "Dealing with On-Site Problems" Series | Explaining the Absolute Basics

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

This spring has been extremely stormy.

The Iwakura Cherry Blossom Festival was also marked by days of spring rain just as the blossoms were in full bloom.

Spring rain... spring rain... now I'm craving harusame...

But that's beside the point.

Everyone, how do you handle it when you're in a bind?

In this post, I’ll discuss how to handle difficult situations or unexpected events as they arise.

If you have a boss or a senior colleague, you can ask them, but they won't necessarily give you the right answer.

I’ll be writing about coping strategies based on my own experience—including my own situation.

However, I intend to keep this as basic as possible.

I guess there are occasional exceptions, though lol

I also expect there to be slight differences in nuance from one prefecture to another.

For now, please just think of it as "this is how it is in other prefectures" or "that's how it is there."

And above all, please keep in mind that this is not the correct answer.

Please just think of this as one example for reference, lol.

There are all kinds of situations. The answers overlap and branch out in many ways.

I hope this will serve as a starting point for you to find the right answer on your own.

So,Let's get right to it starting next time lol

See you later.
